Tracy Brower is an award-winning leader in college access, equity, and nonprofit education program development. A first-generation college graduate, he channels his personal journey into empowering students to find their best-fit colleges, secure funding, and thrive beyond high school.
As Senior Director of Programs at Partnership for the Future (PFF) in Richmond, VA, Tracy oversees year-round programs that strengthen college readiness, scholarship attainment, and workforce development for more than 200 high school students.
He previously directed the RVA Future Centers at Richmond Public Schools and has led initiatives in mentoring, workforce development, and youth leadership. An active member of PCACAC, NACAC, and former NSPA member, Tracy has been recognized as PCACAC’s Counselor of the Year (2019) and EduSerc Role Model/Mentor of the Year (2004).
