VirginiaCAN Conference Scholarship

Level Up Virginia is thrilled to invite you to apply for a scholarship to attend the 2025 VirginiaCAN conference in Harrisonburg, Virginia, December 3 – 5, 2025. If selected, we'll waive your registration fee ($300). 

Eligibility:

• School counselors who work in middle, combined, or high schools with 50% or more of their student population receiving free or reduced-price lunch 

• Verify your school's percentage here. 

• First time VirginiaCAN attendee

Scholarship Expectations:

• Commit to attending the entire duration of the 2025 VirginiaCAN Conference

• Complete a pre- and post-conference survey

How to Apply: Interested counselors should submit the interest form no later than October 30, 2025.

*Counselors at GEAR UP Virginia high schools should check with their GEAR UP team about available conference funding through GEAR UP Virginia grant prior to applying for this scholarship. 

*If you are not a school counselor but meet the other eligibility requirements, you may submit the form to join the reserve list. We will award sponsorships to other roles if sponsorships are still available.
