VirginiaCAN Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

The Virginia College Access Network (VirginiaCAN) is a non-profit, professional organization that provides leadership, training, and support to Virginia college access organizations. The mission of VirginiaCAN is to support and enhance postsecondary education access and attainment for residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The 2026 conference will be held Wednesday, December 2, through Friday, December 4, at The Founders Inn in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Attendees include community- and campus-based college access organizations, K-12 counselors and administrators, state agencies, and higher education admissions and financial aid representatives, who all come for inspiration and access to resources, products, and partnership opportunities. Last year’s conference had over 350 attendees.

VirginiaCAN offers several sponsorship options to give organizations opportunities to market their brand, products, and services to a range of attendees, from on-the-ground service providers to organizational leaders. By sponsoring this conference, your organization will be able to network with a diverse audience of college-access professionals and build the foundation for potential long-term relationships.
