Director of Student Success Initiatives

Caroline Lane serves as the Director of Student Success Initiatives at Virginia’s Community College. In this role, she leads a team of six coordinators, each responsible for key efforts including the High School Career Coach program, the College Success Coach Initiative, G3/Great Expectations, College Attainment for Student Parents, Veteran and Disability Support Groups, Advisors, and the FastForward/G3 Coaching Program. She manages several grants and loves working with partners around the Commonwealth. Caroline is a proud Ram and received her BA and MA English degrees at VCU.
