Virginia College Access Network (VCAN) Stakeholder Survey

As part of our commitment to enhancing our services and programs, VCAN invites all stakeholders—including educators, counselors, and community organizations—to participate in our Stakeholder Survey. Your feedback will guide us in improving the resources and initiatives we offer to better support college access and success for students in Virginia.

Survey Purpose:

The goal of this survey is to gather your thoughts and insights on a variety of areas, including our communication methods, professional development opportunities, and the effectiveness of our current programs. By understanding your needs and challenges, we can better tailor our services to make a greater impact in the college access community.

What Will the Survey Cover?

The survey will explore the following key areas:

• Communication Preferences: How you prefer to receive updates and information from VCAN.

• Professional Development Needs: Topics and formats for future professional development sessions.

• Program Effectiveness: Feedback on the programs and services offered by VCAN.

• Resource Needs: Identifying new or improved resources that would help you in your work with students and families.

• Collaboration & Networking: How we can support stronger collaboration and networking opportunities within the education and college access community.

• Time to Complete: Approximately 10-15 minutes.

• Deadline: June 17, 2025.

• Your Responses: The survey is anonymous. All responses are confidential and will only be used for improving VirginiaCAN’s offerings.
